We sell only digital products that are delivered instantly or via email/download after purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales on Hascart are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after the product has been delivered.

This includes:

  • PDF downloads
  • Software licenses
  • Templates
  • Trackers, planners, or other instant-access files

Once the file is sent/downloaded, ownership is transferred and the product cannot be “returned.”

2. Exceptions

We may provide a refund only in very limited situations, such as:

  • If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same product.
  • If the file you received is corrupted or not functioning, and we are unable to fix or replace it within a reasonable time.

To request a refund in these exceptional cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
